Park It Up

Friday Fitness Tip ~ We all know what we should be doing – eating right, exercising, avoiding too much sun….but there’s that thing called LIFE that gets in the way. I know. It happens to the best of us! Take advantage of the summer mornings and evenings. Instead of watching dinner in front of the television, DVR those shows, take your dinner to the park and then walk a few laps around. Your mind and body will thank you.
